Sadler Health Center can only see individuals who live in our designated service area. Due to the high volume of dental patients, our dental service area is limited to the following towns:
- Aspers
- Bendersville
- Blain
- Boiling Springs
- Carlisle
- Elliotsburg
- Gardners
- Green Park
- Ickesburg
- Idaville
- Landisburg
- Loysville
- Mount Holly Springs
- New Bloomfield
- New Germantown
- Newburg
- Newville
- Plainfield
- Shermans Dale
- Shippensburg
- Walnut Bottom
- York Springs
For medical patients, residents of the communities listed above and all other residents of Cumberland and Perry Counties are eligible for our services.

From Perry County
- Take 34 South toward Carlisle.
- Take a right at the stop sign onto Route 11/Hanover Street. 34 South will "T" into Route 11/Hanover Street in Carlisle just after you cross over railroad tracks and Lear Corporation will be on your right.
- Take a right onto Louther Street - this will be two lights down.
- Take your first right into the Sadler Health Center's parking lot.
- The health center is located on the corner of Hanover and Louther Streets in Carlisle, across the street from Market Cross Pub on Hanover Street and across the street from the post office on Louther Street.
- The entrance to the health center is on the parking lot/Louther Street side of the building.
From I 81
- Take the Hanover Street exit toward Carlisle.
- Turn left onto Louther Street which is one block north of the square.
- Take your first right into the Sadler Health Center's parking lot.
- The health center is located on the corner of Hanover and Louther Streets in Carlisle, across the street from Market Cross Pub on Hanover Street and across the street from the post office on Louther Street.
- The entrance to the health center is on the parking lot side of the building.
